Yes, there are some limits above which we will always ask you for additional payment authorisation. They depend on your bank; in case of Pekao S.A., it is an amount exceeding PLN 50. In BGŻ BNP PARIBAS and mBank, this limit amounts to PLN 200 while in the case of Getin Bank, Noble Bank, Alior Bank, and T-mobile Banking Services provided by Alior Bank – PLN 500. Additionally, if you make 50 low-value purchases but their total amount is, for example, PLN 2500 you may be asked for additional payment authorisation.
Yes, certainly; if you do not recognise a transaction performed by means of the service on the statement from your account or if you suspect that the transaction has been performed by an unauthorised person, inform your bank or PayU immediately. The complaint will be examined in compliance with the principles described in the Service Regulations – please acquaint yourself with them before you lodge a complaint. However, if you recognise the transaction but have some reservations as to the quality of the delivered goods or the ordered goods have not been delivered to you in compliance with the agreement with the seller - use the Buyer Protection Program.
