When are instalments available‭?‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

PayU Instalments are available if:

the cost of the purchases together with the shipping cost stays within the range of PLN 300 to PLN 20,000,

you have not selected payment on delivery.

How many products is it possible to buy taking advantage of PayU instalments?

It is up to you. You can buy one or several products and pay for them in instalments. It does not matter what you buy. We give you full freedom of choice.

Who grants the loan for the purchases?

The entity granting the instalment loan for the purchase is one of the loan partners - Alior Bank, mBank, Kreditech. PayU is only the entity intermediating between the borrower and the financial institutes. The seller is not a party to the loan agreement.

What will happen if I do not get the loan?

Nothing; the items are purchased only after successful verification of the authorisation transfer, positive decision of the creditor, and acceptance of the loan by the seller.

What does the return procedure look like in case of an instalment purchase?

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, the buyer submits a representation on resignation from the purchase and returns the goods. Withdrawal from the sale agreement does not result in withdrawal from the credit agreement. Therefore, the seller is obliged to inform the bank on the resignation from the purchase and return the received amount in order for it to be credited towards the instalments.
