As many as 23% of Polish Internet users buy online abroad, and AliExpress is the most frequently chosen online shopping platform. What factors affect the decision to make an e-purchase?

According to the “E-Commerce in Poland 2018. Gemius for e-Commerce Poland” report Poles are more and more likely to make purchases in foreign online stores – in 2016, the group included only 10% of respondents, and now as many as 23% of the surveyed do shopping online abroad. Along with the growing confidence in cross-border trade, the largest players emerge, including AliExpress, a Chinese retail platform recognized for its wide product assortment and good value products. What is important, every third Pole buying online abroad recognizes AliExpress.

According to the 'Pulse of the Online Shopper' report from 2017, the key factor affecting shopping decisions abroad is payment security. In addition, according to the Chamber of Electronic Economy in the report on the e-commerce market in Poland, Polish e-consumers, paying for goods ordered domestically and abroad, prefer the so-called pay-by-links that is fast e-transfers. As many as 65% of them indicate PayU as a website they use most frequently.

Aside from fashion, key electronics brands including Xiaomi, the mobile internet leader, and iLife, a leader in robotic household appliances, will be available through the promotion. In addition to the possibility of taking advantage of several dozen percent discounts, consumers can also pick up a limited number of 3-dollar promotional coupons for use during subsequent purchases during or after the Brand Shopping Week ends. All you need to do is make purchases on the platform with a value of 25 USD and pay for the order via the PayU system.
